What is the Delivery Fee?
Delivery fees are based on distance travelled and how many items rented. The price includes gas and time for setup / break down. Delivery fees in the Raleigh area range from $65 - $300. Outside of the immediate Raleigh area starts at $150 and for large orders start at $250.
What are the pickup and drop off times?
We are flexible! If your venue requires set drop off and pickups, we are happy to accommodate. Otherwise, we prefer to drop off the day before the event or after any tent drop offs if having a backyard wedding.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit in order to book along with a rental agreement. If the event is canceled 8 weeks before the event date, the full deposit paid to Vendor will be returned. If the event is canceled afterwards, deposits are non-refundable. If the event is postponed, services contracted can be applied to a new date if available.
Is there a Rental Agreement?
Yes, a rental agreement and a deposit are required in order to secure the date and services. Clients shall remain responsible for all loss or damage to rentals, up to and including actual replacement value for each missing or damaged item per cost. The cost to replace each damaged item starts at $60.00 per chair, $1,000.00 per table and upwards of $3,000.00 per bar and couch. Do you deliver outside of Raleigh?
Yes, we can deliver as far as Wilmington, Asheville, and Charlotte! We do require a $300.00 minimum order for deliveries an hour outside of the immediate RTP area and the delivery fees will increase based on the distance as we are based in the Rolesville/Wake Forest area.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, ACH, Checks, Cash and Credit Cards. There will be a 2% transaction fee for all forms of electronic payment in addition to tax, delivery fees and the rental cost.
