What are your hours?
We operate by appointment as we frequently conduct in-home consults for larger projects. In general, we schedule our appointments Tuesday, Thursday & Friday between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday are based on availability as we have to work around any event deliveries and drop offs.
Can I visit the shop?
Yes, we are happy to schedule in-person consultations! These meetings are helpful for anyone who is having a hard time deciding on wood species and stain colors. We do require any appointments to be scheduled in advance as we also provide at home consults for those that require installations.
Do you provide renderings?
Yes, we can provide CAD drawings upon request to better help envision your custom wood piece. There is a fee of $50 per hour as this service is outsourced. Most renderings take 1 hour, but fees are subject to change.
Do you deliver and is there a fee?
Yes, we are happy to deliver! Delivery fees can be included in the initial quote and cover gas as well as additional workers that may be required to move large pieces. You are also welcome to pickup at our shop. We highly suggest bringing a friend (or two) to help move, a truck and straps to secure your new piece.
Is a deposit required?
We do require a deposit for most projects to cover material costs. Deposits are based on the project size and materials required, which will be outlined in the estimate. The remaining amount is due upon completion of the project.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Checks and Cash. At this time, we do not accept credit cards or Apple Pay. If there is another form of payment you would like to use not listed, please feel free to ask!
